For mothers who want space to talk through what feels heavy, make sense of what is happening, and get support with what they are carrying right now.

For mothers who want more continuity, space to go deeper, and support over time rather than in one conversation.

This format is helpful if you are feeling emotionally stretched, lost in transition, or stuck in patterns that need more than one session to unpack.

ABOUT ME
I work with expat mums in Finland who are carrying a lot internally while trying to keep everyday life going. Many of the women I support feel emotionally stretched, lonely, lost in transition, or far from themselves after motherhood, relocation, or both.

In my work I try to create a space where you do not have to explain everything perfectly or hold everything together.
We can slow down, look at what is happening with care, and make room for both emotional understanding and practical support.
I am especially interested in the inner load women carry when motherhood and migration meet: the pressure, the adaptation, the identity shifts, the loneliness, and the parts of life that remain unseen from the outside.

I have been living in Finland for over 12 years and I have a 3 year old son.
This work matters to me because many women carry a great deal silently for a long time.

My background includes training in psychology, Gestalt-based practice, and coaching PCC Level2 by International Coaching Federation standards.

Previously I did business and marketing in IT.

I bring both emotional depth and practical sensitivity to the work, with attention to the realities of life between cultures.
