This is for you if...

You experience becoming and being a mother is emotionally challenging.
You rethinking your work path, relationships, friednships..
You might not necessarily know what you want to change but feel something is changing.
You want time and space to think beyond the everyday demands of motherhood.
You want to talk, reflect and you also want to work something out.

This group is a small, safe space for expat mums in Helsinki Greater Area who are ready to stop performing okayness and start actually feeling.

We will have honest conversations, exercises, real listening, and the relief of being in a room with mums who get it. You don't have to have it figured out to come. You just have to show up.

Why am I starting this group?
Your facilitator.

I'm a part of The Nest Doulas Collective and a mum of an energetic, wonderfully sensitive 3-year-old — and I've lived through the burnout-straight-into-motherhood tunnel. The exhaustion, the anger, the shame, the identity shake-up of going from a fast-paced tech career to new motherhood in a foreign country. I know what it means to desperately need a space where someone simply listens.
I've got 4-year training in Gestalt psychotherapy and ICF PCC coach certification. I work with mums navigating exactly these feelings — exhaustion, resentment, burnout, and the quiet grief of a changed sense of self.

Research backs what we already know in our bones: being heard by other mums helps. This group is a space I'm creating because I wish it had existed for me. My core values are creating a community and a safe space to express feelings.
I've been practicing 1:1 sessions for mums (and not only mums) who need mental and/or coaching support. You can see more of my work and prices here. I take clients online and in-person in cabinet downtown Helsinki.

Topic of the circle: Life, Work & What Comes Next.
We ask you to commit to all 4 sessions if possible. Trust and safety build over time, and every mum's presence matters. If life happens and you miss one, please still come to the next.
